PLEASE NOTE:  BERRY LITTLE PRODUCTS & 4AKID PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED DIRECTLY FROM DIFFERENT SUPPLIER WAREHOUSES – therefore the supplier’s shipping costs apply to these products. 

  • Courier BERRY LITTLE PRODUCTS only (up to 15kgs): 
    • R70 for Gauteng only (up to 15kgs)
    • R85 other Main Cities
    • R150 outlying/rural/township areas
    • Delivery can take 2-5 working days from date of dispatch
  • Courier 4AKID PRODUCTS only (up to 5kgs): 
    • R65 for Gauteng only (up to 5kgs)
    • R80 other Main Cities
    • R150 outlying/rural/township areas
  • Free shipping – 4AKID PRODUCTS only:
    • Gauteng ONLY – Orders over R650
    • Rest of South Africa – Orders over R1200
  • Normal post with tracking:  South Africa ONLY. Please confirm first if normal post is available for your order.
    • R65 for 1-2kg parcel.
    • R85 for 2-5kg parcel.
    • Delivery can take 7-10 working days from date of dispatch. Your parcel will be delivered to your nearest post office counter for you to collect from. Please supply a valid postal address at the time of placing your order. Tracking will be emailed to you and you can also track your parcel online http://sms.postoffice.co.za/TrackingParcels/
  • International postage: Please contact us for a quotation at info@kidsbestbuys.co.za
  • Collection:  Kids Best Buys are an e-commerce business and do not have a physical store. All products are shipped directly from our various suppliers.
  • Gift Cards:  Gift cards are not redeemable against shipping costs.
  • Please supply a valid full physical address and ensure that someone will be available to receive your parcel. Please remain contactable during business hours should any issues arise with the delivery.
  • Kids Best Buys assumes no liability for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses supplied by the customer. Any additional fees for such orders will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Kids Best Buys cannot be held liable for missing or damaged parcel in transit, or any delays caused by the post office or the couriers or any 3rd party.
  • All orders will only be dispatched once payment reflects & clears in our bank account. Dispatch of parcels will be within 2-3 working days of receipt and clearance of payment.
  • If a package is refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for the return of the item. Charges will be applied to any refund due to refusal. This policy does not apply to any merchandise that is received defective or damaged.
  • Products that are imported from international suppliers could take up to 6 weeks to be delivered. We will notify you on your purchase if stocks are sold out and will be shipped as soon as they become available.
  • For back-orders of sold-out items, please contact info@kidsbestbuys.co.za to make arrangements regarding estimated delivery times and fulfillment of the order prior to your purchase.
